How do I get a project coordinator job in Los Angeles?
Focus your search on the sectors that hire most in Los Angeles: entertainment and media production, healthcare systems, commercial construction, and technology. Roles cluster in Downtown LA, Century City, El Segundo, and the Westside. Candidates who can show experience coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines in fast-moving environments, and using tools like Asana, Smartsheet, or Procore tend to stand out in this market.
Which companies hire project coordinators in Los Angeles?

Los Angeles employers tend to range from major studios and hospital networks to commercial real estate firms and mid-size tech companies, reflecting the city's broad industry mix.
Are there remote project coordinator jobs in Los Angeles?
Yes, though availability depends on the sector. Project coordinator roles tied to physical sites like construction, film production, or facilities management are typically on-site, while roles in tech, marketing, and professional services are more remote-friendly.
