Construction Project Coordinator
What You Own
Your role is to support project teams through coordination, documentation, communication, and administrative project support — ensuring project information is organized, current, and properly maintained while helping Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers execute projects efficiently and consistently — not to manage project execution, make project decisions, own budgets or schedules, or serve as the primary client contact.
What You Own
· Project documentation and records management
· Project coordination and administrative support
· Meeting coordination and follow-up tracking
· Maintenance of project logs and documentation systems
· Timely distribution of project information
· Accuracy and organization of project files and records
Key Responsibilities
PROJECT COORDINATION & SUPPORT
· Support Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers in day-to-day project activities
· Coordinate project meetings, schedules, and administrative tasks
· Assist with project setup and closeout activities
· Track action items and support follow-up on commitments
· Help maintain organization across assigned projects
DOCUMENTATION & RECORDS MANAGEMENT
· Maintain organized and complete project files and records
· Manage and track:
o RFIs
o RFDs
o submittals
o meeting minutes
o correspondence
o project logs
· Ensure documentation is current, properly filed, and readily accessible
· Support document distribution and version control
COMMUNICATION & INFORMATION FLOW
· Assist with distribution of project information to clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members
· Support preparation of meeting materials, agendas, and reports
· Ensure information is communicated accurately and in a timely manner
· Help maintain consistency in project communication and documentation
PROJECT TRACKING SUPPORT
· Maintain project logs and tracking tools
· Support schedule updates and milestone tracking
· Assist with budget, invoice, and change order tracking as directed
· Help monitor outstanding items requiring follow-up
· Provide administrative support for project reporting
TEAM SUPPORT & ORGANIZATION
· Support project teams in maintaining organized workflows
· Assist with implementation of company standards and procedures
· Identify missing information or documentation gaps
· Help ensure projects remain organized and well documented

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
