Job Description & Role Overview
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead and support Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) integrations for a global Life Sciences organization. This role is critical for an onshore customer account and requires an independent leader to drive the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of a comprehensive data strategy roadmap.
Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)
- End-to-End Delivery: Lead Data Strategy, Data Transformation initiatives, and manage Data Lake Sprints.
- Integration Support: Drive the integration of Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) with other core ecosystems.
- Project Governance: Develop project plans, manage resource allocations, and meticulously maintain RAID logs.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Align Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, and Business Intelligence teams.
- Requirements & Testing: Lead requirements refinement (current/future state analysis), own User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, and partner with Validation teams to ensure compliance.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure all project activities strictly adhere to Life Sciences regulatory frameworks and GxP standards.
- Status Reporting: Facilitate stakeholder workshops and deliver weekly project health reports to leadership.
