- Ensure material availability to support production schedules and operational requirements.

- Build strong partnerships with local, regional, and global suppliers while managing commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, finance, and operations teams to align procurement objectives with business goals.
- Utilize SAP and other ERP systems to manage procurement transactions, reporting, and process improvements.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of purchasing professionals while fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Partner effectively with global support teams, including colleagues in India, to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- 10+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing or leading procurement teams and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, including sourcing, purchase order management, supplier management, receiving, and invoicing.
- Experience working with SAP and other ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation, supplier relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
