Quality Assurance Manager Jobs in Dallas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a quality assurance manager job in Dallas?
Dallas quality assurance manager roles concentrate in manufacturing and industrial operations along the I-35E corridor, healthcare systems in the Medical District, and technology firms in Uptown and Las Colinas. Candidates who combine hands-on process improvement experience with familiarity with regulated industries, such as medical devices, aerospace, or food production, stand out in this market. Certifications like ASQ's CQM or CQE carry real weight with Dallas employers in those sectors.
Which companies hire quality assurance managers in Dallas?
Employers hiring quality assurance managers in Dallas right now include R.M. Chin & Associates, Atkore, and Dal-Tile, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Dallas draws a mix of large industrial manufacturers, regional healthcare networks, and mid-size technology firms, all of which staff dedicated quality assurance functions.
Are there remote quality assurance manager jobs in Dallas?
Yes, though it depends heavily on the industry, since hands-on manufacturing and lab-based roles require an on-site presence while software quality and compliance-focused roles transfer more readily to remote work. About 44% of quality assurance manager openings tied to Dallas are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, with remote options most common among technology and SaaS employers in Uptown and the Telecom Corridor.
How can I get a quality assurance manager job in Dallas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Dallas is moving into a quality coordinator or quality assurance analyst role at one of the city's many mid-size manufacturers or healthcare suppliers, then building toward a manager title. Dallas companies in food and beverage production, medical device distribution, and logistics frequently hire entry-level quality staff and promote from within. Earning an ASQ Certified Quality Inspector credential while in a junior role signals seriousness to Dallas hiring managers and accelerates that path.

Dallas's position as a major logistics hub, combined with its large healthcare system presence and growing technology sector, keeps consistent demand for quality leadership across all three areas.
