We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who would like to work with children ranging from pre-K to elementary age. The person will be working with one or 2 students only at a time.
This is a part time, year round position. Our three center class days are
Monday's 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Tuesdays 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Thursday's 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Early Learning and Primary learning assistant:
- Early learning assistant will be working with young early pre-school and Kindergarten learners with math and reading as per Kumon curriculum and materials.
- Assistant needs to be comfortable working with young kids as well as team members in a collaborative way.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on students classwork and homework using answer books.
- Helping students in class as needed.
- Comfortable with basic reading comprehension and early level math.
- Work in a quiet environment, no heavy lifting, and weekends off.'
