The Opportunity
Our New York office is looking for a first - third year transactional Real Estate associate with big law experience. The ideal candidate will have played key roles on acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development deals and financings. The position will involve both drafting and negotiating. Prior experience performing these duties is helpful. Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar.
