We are a growing wholesale real estate investment company with a high-energy, in-office sales floor.

This is a performance-based sales role where you’ll be on the phone daily with homeowners, running structured conversations, following up, presenting offers once trained, and working toward signed contracts.

We are looking for someone early in their career who is coachable, competitive, and genuinely interested in real estate wholesaling, investing, or flipping.

You do not need prior wholesaling job experience, but you should have a basic understanding of what wholesaling is and have taken some steps to learn the business on your own.

If you have been trying to learn wholesaling or real estate investing but want more structure, coaching, systems, and real-world experience, this could be a strong fit.

Our approach is consultative, not aggressive. We listen, understand the seller’s situation, and present clear solutions. Results come from consistency, confidence, empathy, follow-up, and accountability.

• Speaking with homeowners to understand their situation
• Running structured sales conversations

✅ Compensation:

• $2,000/month base during ramp-up
• Commission-based compensation after 60 days
• First-year realistic earning potential: $60K–$80K
• Strong performers grow beyond that as skills develop
