Wiese USA, one of the nation’s largest Cat® Lift Truck dealers, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our corporate team headquartered in St. Louis (I-170 and Olive). Wiese USA has been a leader in the sales and service of material handling equipment and warehouse management solutions for over 80 years.
In this role, you will be accountable for full cycle recruitment for a mixture of corporate and branch operational positions. The primary goal of this position is to cold call / source exceptional candidates and help build our team.
Talent Acquisition Specialist’s Job Responsibilities:
- Source qualified candidates who fit our culture. You will have multiple job openings.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate employment factors such as job experience, training, skills, knowledge and abilities.
- Consult with hiring managers to recommend candidates.
- Provide candidates with relevant information about our company, culture and benefits.
- Willingness to cold calling potential candidates you find through online databases.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, various job boards, various social media)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to enthusiastically promote company to potential employees
- Ability to work from our office in Saint Louis (I-170 and Olive Blvd).
