Regional Partner Manager Jobs in Minnesota: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a regional partner manager in Minnesota?
Most regional partner manager roles in Minnesota do not require a state-issued license. The typical path starts with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, followed by several years in B2B sales, account management, or channel development. Minnesota's concentration of enterprise tech, healthcare IT, and financial services employers means experience in one of those verticals strengthens your candidacy considerably. A demonstrated record of growing partner ecosystems accelerates hiring decisions at most Twin Cities employers.
Which companies hire regional partner managers in Minnesota?
Employers hiring regional partner managers in Minnesota right now include Cafe Zupas, Thrivent, and Esri, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Minnesota's deep base of corporate headquarters and health system technology divisions makes it one of the more active markets in the Midwest for this role.
Which Minnesota cities have the most regional partner manager jobs?
Minneapolis, Minnetonka, and Rochester have the most regional partner manager openings in Minnesota. Minneapolis leads because it houses the corporate headquarters and regional offices of major technology, financial services, and healthcare companies, while St. Paul and Bloomington contribute openings tied to large health system campuses and established enterprise software operations in the southern metro.
Are there remote regional partner manager jobs in Minnesota?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 43% of regional partner manager openings tied to Minnesota are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting that much of the role's coordination work happens over video calls and digital platforms. The parts of the role tied to territory travel, partner QBRs, and in-person relationship building are most likely to require a physical presence.
How can I get hired as a regional partner manager in Minnesota with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is an inside sales or business development representative role at one of Minnesota's large technology or healthcare IT employers, where internal transfers into partner-facing positions are common. Companies like Optum and several Twin Cities SaaS firms regularly promote from inside sales into junior channel or alliance coordinator roles. Building familiarity with CRM tools and completing vendor partner certifications, such as those offered through major cloud platforms, gives candidates without direct partnership experience a concrete credential to present.
Where can I find and apply to regional partner manager jobs in Minnesota?
You can find and apply to regional partner manager jobs in Minnesota on Migrate Mate, which lists current Minnesota openings in one place. Search the listings, find the roles that match your background and preferred location, and apply directly to whichever ones fit.
