- Review new formulas for ingredient compliance, classification, allowable claims, and sales restrictions
- Review packaging content—labels, cartons, and inserts—and company literature for technical accuracy and compliance with national regulatory standards
- Prepare and submit documentation to secure product registrations, notifications, and certifications
- Partner with corporate teams, regional offices, legal counsel, and consultants throughout the product lifecycle to support cross-functional business strategy
- Monitor and report regulatory changes for your assigned markets
- Anticipate regulatory challenges and work proactively with management to find solutions
Background and Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field
- Two to five years of experience in regulatory affairs or quality assurance
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to lead projects and give clear direction to cross-functional partners
- Understanding of, and commitment to following, GMP policies and procedures
- Willingness to learn new tasks, procedures, and regulatory requirements
