The Relationship Manager plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative functions and ensuring a smooth sales process from proposal to close. This position serves as a trusted partner to sales representatives, providing operational support, maintaining accuracy in sales documentation, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This position follows a hybrid work schedule in accordance with the Company’s in-office work policy.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and draft customer proposals, pricing presentations, and sales documentation.
Create and manage quotes, opportunities, and related records within Salesforce.
Conduct rate and pricing comparisons to support competitive sales strategies.
Assist with contract preparation, application processing, and onboarding documentation.
Maintain accurate customer and prospect records in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of sales-related requests.
Support sales representatives with reporting, pipeline management, and follow-up activities.
Monitor deadlines and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales organization.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
Previous experience in sales support, account management, customer success, or administrative roles preferred.

Compensation
Our base pay range for this role is $71,000 - $89,000/year.
Please note the salary range listed is just one component of a competitive compensation package which includes a company stock plan.
Offers will be reflective of the candidate’s location and experience.
