What you'll do:
Treat patients in your state(s) of licensure
Conduct initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for established patients
Use our platform to conduct video call sessions with patients, submit clinical documentation, and manage patient treatment plans

You must have an active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license and individual NPI number
Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application
Collaborating/supervising physician agreement, or willing to obtain one
Reliable internet connection
Independent liability insurance; minimum coverage amount required is 1millionoccurrence/3 million aggregate
