The role
We are launching a bilingual platform for schools, employers, and public agencies across the Rio Grande Valley. We need someone to open doors and build the relationships that carry it.
You will meet with superintendents, HR directors, and administrators — introduce what we do, follow through, and stay in the relationship after they sign.
The commission renews every year the client stays. Do this well for three years and you are earning on work you did in year one.
What you will do
- Identify and reach decision-makers at districts, employers, and public agencies
- Present in person, on video, and in writing — in both languages
- Represent us at chamber events, conferences, and community functions
- Keep clients engaged after onboarding so they renew
- Track outreach and report honestly on what is working
What we need
- Fully bilingual, English and Spanish — including writing
- Comfortable initiating conversations with people you have not met
- Rooted in the Rio Grande Valley
- Organized enough to follow up without being reminded
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Helpful: experience selling or presenting to school districts, government, or healthcare. Existing relationships in the Valley.
Compensation
$500 per week base, paid regardless of results.
Commission on every client you bring in, paid again each year they renew. No cap. Full structure discussed in the first conversation.
This suits someone who wants their earnings tied to their effort and is willing to build toward it. It does not suit someone who needs a large guaranteed salary from day one.
