Description
Harvest Group is building a new leadership role at the center of how we bring integrated marketing strategy to life for our largest clients. The VP, Integrated Marketing Strategy leads a growing team of strategists who connect media, shopper, digital shelf, creative, and insights into one integrated strategy for our largest client partners, and translate that strategy into measurable business impact.
This leader will personally serve as the strategic lead for a portfolio of Harvest's largest clients while building, hiring, and developing the broader team. This is a build role, and the person in this seat will play a significant part in shaping this function into a true differentiator for Harvest Group in the marketplace.
The primary stakeholders for this role are senior marketing leaders at client organizations, but success also requires working comfortably across functions, including client sales teams, and bringing a commercial mindset to marketing recommendations.

Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and scale a growing team supporting Harvest's largest clients
- Serve as the direct people leader for the client service marketing team, providing day to day management, coaching, and performance leadership
- Define and continuously evolve the strategic approach that makes this function a differentiated capability in market
- Partner with internal leadership to align the function to Harvest's total marketplace strategy
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior marketing leaders at key client accounts
- Own the connection between client business objectives and an integrated strategy spanning media, shopper, digital shelf, creative, and insights
- Lead client business reviews, presenting strategy, results, and recommendations to senior client stakeholders
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand the scope and value of the client partnership
- Bring a commercial, sales minded lens to marketing recommendations, partnering closely with client sales teams to translate strategy into business impact
- Partner with insights and analytics teams to ensure performance data informs strategy and investment decisions
- Build relationships with key client stakeholders, working multi-functionally across the client organization
Requirements
- 15+ years of marketing experience, spanning one or more of shopper/customer marketing, brand marketing, retail media, integrated marketing strategy, or related commercial marketing disciplines
- 7+ years leading and developing teams, with demonstrated ability to build a function or capability from the ground up
- Experience working across multiple marketing disciplines (media, shopper, digital shelf, creative, insights and analytics) and translating them into a single integrated strategy
- Strong analytical fluency, with the ability to translate complex performance data into clear, actionable business recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with sales organizations and a comfort bringing a commercial, sales oriented lens to marketing strategy
- Excellent executive presence and experience advising senior marketing stakeholders at large client organizations
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), BI platforms, and LLMs
Preferred
- Experience within CPG, retail, agency, brokerage, or omnichannel commerce environments
- Familiarity with retailer ecosystems including Walmart, Target, Kroger, Amazon, Costco, and Sam's Club
