KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct assessments of damaged roofs and provide effective repair solutions.
- Perform repairs and installation of roofing materials in a safe and efficient manner.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and procedures.
- Communicate with customers to explain repairs, expected timelines, and provide ongoing updates.
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
- Complete work orders and collect payments upon project completion.
- Participate in training and follow best practices for roofing repairs and customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience in roofing repair and installation.
- Strong knowledge of various roofing materials and techniques.
- Ability to diagnose roofing issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills and clear communication.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights safely.
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
