Focus your search on Minneapolis's strongest hiring sectors: academic medical centers, life sciences companies in the Midtown and University District corridors, and nonprofit policy and social research organizations near downtown. Candidates who tailor their applications to sector-specific methodologies, whether clinical, quantitative, or qualitative, stand out. Data analysis, literature review, and survey research positions tend to be the most remote-friendly in the Minneapolis market.
How can I get a research job in Minneapolis with little or no experience?

Contract or temporary research positions at policy nonprofits and market research firms downtown are also strong starting points.
