About this role:

Receive and disinfect returned complaint-related medical devices. The primary focus is monitoring devices being returned to the laboratory, checking them into the registry system, and prepping them for disinfection and device investigation.

Work Mode:

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows an onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at five days per week.

  Your responsibilities will include:
• Performs data entry of the devices returned
• Manage storage and retention of the devices
• Disinfects devices per the laboratory procedures
• Identifies continuous improvement opportunities for lab workflow
• Works cross-functionally to gather necessary data for complaint evaluation

• High School or equivalent and 2 years of related experience with certification in assigned area preferred
