The ideal candidates will be team players who excel in delivering outstanding hospitality services. *Duties:* - Greet and seat guests warmly and courteously upon their arrival - Accurately and efficiently take food and beverage orders - Enter orders into the Aloha POS system and handle payment transactions with precision - Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery - Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a prompt and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly - Assist with bussing duties and table clearing as necessary *Skills:* - Proficient in bussing tasks within a fast-paced environment - Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service - Experience with Toast POS or similar Point of Sale systems - Knowledge of proper food handling procedures in the food industry - Background in hospitality with a focus on upselling techniques - Proficiency in operating cash registers for accurate transactions - Ability to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive attitude *Note:* While prior experience as a Server is preferred, we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive demeanor, and eagerness to learn.
