Who's Hiring

Restaurant Operations Management Jobs in Scottsdale: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a restaurant operations management job in Scottsdale?
Scottsdale's hiring is driven by resort-anchored food and beverage programs, high-volume upscale dining groups, and entertainment-focused concepts in Old Town and Scottsdale Quarter. Candidates with experience managing multi-outlet operations, controlling food and labor costs, and leading front- and back-of-house teams for high-check-average concepts stand out most. A background in hospitality-heavy markets and familiarity with seasonal volume swings common to the Scottsdale market gives applicants a real edge.
Which companies hire restaurant operations managements in Scottsdale?
Companies currently hiring restaurant operations managements in Scottsdale include Tommy Bahama, KFC, and Denny's, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Scottsdale's employer mix leans heavily toward resort groups, upscale independent dining operators, and multi-unit hospitality brands that maintain a significant presence in the city's resort and entertainment corridors.
Are there remote restaurant operations management jobs in Scottsdale?
Remote opportunities are limited for restaurant operations management, since the role is fundamentally hands-on and requires daily on-site presence. About 14% of restaurant operations management openings tied to Scottsdale are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, and those positions tend to be corporate-level or multi-unit oversight roles rather than property-based management.
How can I get a restaurant operations management job in Scottsdale with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Scottsdale is moving up from a shift supervisor or assistant manager role within one of the city's resort properties or high-volume dining groups, which regularly develop talent internally. Employers tied to resort food and beverage programs and growing multi-unit casual dining brands in the Scottsdale area are known to promote from within and value candidates who have completed structured management training programs at the property level.
