Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, food production, and customer service.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills in food preparation and service.
• Manage inventory control to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
• Conduct interviews and hire new staff to build a strong team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.

Experience

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
• Strong background in team management, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of employees.
• Experience in food production processes, including food preparation techniques and menu development.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and best practices for managing supplies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff alike.
