- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Adoption to streamline business rules and build a customer lifecycle (from initial land, onboarding, and adoption, to value realization and expansion)
This Role Requires:
- 6 to 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS across Revenue Operations, Field Sales Ops, or GTM Systems Architecture
- Hands-on mastery of Salesforce (including custom objects, flow builder, complex schemas, and system integrations) alongside Business Intelligence tools like Tableau or advanced Excel.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects, writing detailed user stories, and managing delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies in Jira.
- A strong builder mindset with a knack for translating qualitative business needs into scalable technical designs.
- Relevant professional experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Bonus Points:
- Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools such as Salesforce CPQ, LeanData, or Clay.
- Exposure to implementing AI capabilities for predictive scoring or automated routing.
- Practical SQL skills and familiarity with Snowflake or AWS data pipelines.
- An advanced degree (such as an MBA or related Master's degree).

Which companies hire revenue managers in Atlanta?
