DESCRIPTION
The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a dedicated Finance partner within the WW DSP Finance Central Team, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, and will own three interconnected workstreams critical to the team's ability to deliver rigorous financial oversight across WW DSP cost base. The role owns the end-to-end monthly headcount controllership cycle for both the Corp and Fixed Field organizations — maintaining leader wise HC target files and controllership around it, running monthly outlook simulations, modeling HC OpEx across leaders, levels, and regions, and preparing HC controllership narratives for MBR and OP reviews. Beyond HC, the SFA will own the DSP Finance cost-out mechanism end-to-end — building and maintaining an initiative tracker across payments, operations, HC, and pricing; validating savings against baseline; owning the cost-out MBR narrative; and partnering with business teams on cross-initiative benchmarking. On the Pricing and Payments front, the role will establish Finance as a governance partner — building the NA rate card audit framework, engaging with the PRICE tool teams, establishing Finance review checkpoints in the pricing change process, and supporting EU pricing controllership groundwork in close partnership with the Payments & Pricing analyst.
In addition, the SFA will support the WW DSP planning and reporting workstream, working alongside the WW DSP Finance team to help standardize and simplify the WW DSP planning process — contributing to the consolidation of planning inputs across geographies and carriers, supporting P&L structure alignment, and driving consistency in reporting outputs across NA, EU, and ROW. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for a Finance professional who combines strong controllership instincts with the ability to simplify complex data into clear financial narratives — and who can operate with equal confidence at the detail level and in front of senior leadership.
