We are currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Mortgage Sales Assistant to join our innovative and passionate team.
Licensed Mortgage Sales Assistant
$45,000 per year + per file bonus
This role is for someone who:

Primary Responsibilities
- Support the preapproval process by gathering documentation, organizing files, and ensuring completeness.
- Assist with issuing preapprovals accurately and promptly.
- Prepare files for submission to processing and underwriting with clean documentation and clear notes.
- Promptly return calls, emails, and messages from borrowers and real estate agents.
- Maintain positive, professional, and helpful relationships with real estate partners.
- Provide clear status updates and set expectations, even when a full answer is not immediately available.
- Represent brand with professionalism, calm confidence, and urgency.
- Leverage technology to improve efficiency and reduce friction.
- Maintain strong time management skills and daily prioritization.
- Enter complete and accurate data into Encompass.
- Enter and maintain client contacts and communication logs.

Qualifications
- Two or more years of mortgage or real estate experience preferred.
- Must be able to calculate Income.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Encompass, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a regulated environment.
- Positive outlook and proactive attitude in a deadline-driven role.
