Job Overview

As a Business Development & Catering Sales Representative, you’ll build client relationships and grow catering sales through proactive outreach, thoughtful account management, and clear communication. You’ll identify business opportunities, understand customer needs, and guide prospects from initial conversation through deal closing. Your impact: By matching clients with catering solutions that fit their needs, you help customers plan successful events and support sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through warm calling, prospecting, and B2B sales outreach.
• Manage customer accounts, strengthen client relationships, and maintain consistent client communication.
• Present catering offerings, negotiate terms, address questions, and close sales.
• Track opportunities and customer activity in Salesforce or another customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Review sales activity and results, contribute to marketing efforts, and work toward meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, business development, account management, or a corporate sales environment; catering or related sales experience is an asset.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analysis, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, and sales management systems,preferred.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
