Build & Lead Your Own Team
Founding Stake in a Growth Line
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is the role you take when you're done proving you can sell, and ready to build something that's actually yours. We're not hiring a rep to fill a territory — we're hiring the person who becomes the private-pay engine inside a company on an aggressive growth trajectory, and who builds and leads the team under them as that engine grows.
Every source tier, script, objection response, and conversion benchmark is already written down. You're not walking into a blank page and a phone — you're the first person to run a proven system at full speed, then hire the people who run it after you. Most sales jobs offer you a quota. This one offers you a seat at the table.
THE STAKE YOU'RE ACTUALLY GETTING
- No cap. Ever. Your bonus scales with every client and every payer dollar you bring in — there is no ceiling written anywhere in this offer. The harder you close, the more you make. Simple as that.
- Build your own team. Hit defined growth milestones and you hire, train, and lead the liaisons who report to you — you stop being a rep and become a sales manager with override earnings on your team's production.
- A real stake, not just a paycheck. You are the founding owner of Mercy's private-pay growth line — your comp is structured to rise with the division's value, not just your personal quota.
- You inherit a system that already works. 60-minute callback rule, 48-hour start-of-care promise, five-tier referral cadence, proven scripts — built and refined, not theoretical. You start ahead, not from zero.
- Direct line to ownership. No layers of middle management between your results and the person who decides what you're worth.
WHAT YOU'LL RUN
- Own the private-pay pipeline end to end: source visits, living-room assessments, close, start-of-care.
- Work the five-tier referral system (Platinum Inactive) across discharge planners, elder law attorneys, geriatric care managers, and senior living communities.
- Use the same AI-accelerated tools the company runs on — an always-on voice/SMS agent captures and books after-hours leads so you start every call already warm.
- Report off a live KPI dashboard — referrals, conversion rate, stalled-lead list — the same scorecard discipline that runs the whole company.
- Once you're consistently hitting target; recruit, train, and manage additional liaisons under the same playbook.
WHO WINS HERE
- You want a system, not a blank page — handed scripts and benchmarks, you execute and improve immediately.
- You're motivated by uncapped upside and eventual team ownership, not a flat paycheck.
- You close on speed — you understand the first agency to confirm a start date wins the placement, not the best pitch.
- You want to be measured on a scoreboard, not a vibe.
- 2+ years of outside/B2B/B2C sales experience; home care or healthcare referral experience is a strong plus, but not required.
COMPENSATION & GROWTH PATH
- Competitive base salary + uncapped performance bonus on every closed client and payer-mix improvement.
- Override earnings on team production once you build and lead your own liaison team.
- Team-lead track and expanded compensation reviewed at defined pipeline milestones — not an arbitrary tenure clock.
HOW TO APPLY
We're moving fast on this hire — the right person won't be available long, and neither will this seat.
This is the kind of role people wait years to be offered. Don't let someone else take it.
