Growth Manager Jobs in Colorado: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a growth manager in Colorado?
Growth manager is not a licensed profession in Colorado, so there is no state board or exam required. Most Colorado employers expect a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field, followed by hands-on experience in a growth, marketing, or product role. Building a portfolio that demonstrates measurable results from experiments, campaigns, or channel ownership is the most direct path to landing interviews with Colorado's SaaS and consumer technology companies.
Which companies hire growth managers in Colorado?
Employers hiring growth managers in Colorado right now include Alviere, Havenly, and Deloitte, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Colorado's dense concentration of SaaS, fintech, and outdoor consumer brands means growth roles turn over regularly across both venture-backed startups in Boulder and established public companies headquartered in the Denver metro.
Which Colorado cities have the most growth manager jobs?
Denver, Aurora, and Boulder have the most growth manager openings in Colorado. Denver drives the largest share because it hosts the headquarters and regional offices of Colorado's biggest technology, fintech, and media companies, while Boulder's startup ecosystem and Colorado Springs' growing defense-tech and health-tech sectors consistently contribute openings in their own right.
Are there remote growth manager jobs in Colorado?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 57% of growth manager openings tied to Colorado are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how naturally the role fits asynchronous, data-driven work. The parts of the job focused on analytics, experiment design, and channel management tend to be the most remote-friendly, while strategy alignment with product and sales teams more often requires periodic in-person presence.
How can I get hired as a growth manager in Colorado with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is a growth marketing coordinator or marketing analyst role at a Colorado SaaS or e-commerce company, where you can build hands-on experience with paid channels, email automation, and A/B testing. Boulder and Denver startups frequently hire growth associates who rotate across functions. Completing a project-based portfolio demonstrating a real experiment or campaign you ran, even independently, consistently outweighs a lack of formal job titles when applying to Colorado's growth-oriented technology firms.
Where can I find and apply to growth manager jobs in Colorado?
You can find and apply to growth manager jobs in Colorado on Migrate Mate, which lists current Colorado openings updated regularly. Search the listings to find roles that match your experience level, specialty, and preferred location or remote arrangement, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
