ROLE OVERVIEW
Cresta is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Web & CRO to own and evolve our website as a high-performing growth engine. This person will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Cresta.com — driving organic traffic, improving conversion rates, and turning the website into a measurable source of pipeline and revenue. You’ll work cross-functionally across marketing, design, operations, and external agency partners to deliver a best-in-class web experience while building scalable processes for experimentation, localization, analytics, and site governance. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on how Cresta shows up to prospects, customers, and the market.
Responsibilities

- Spearhead the website CRO strategy, designing and running a continuous testing and experimentation program to improve conversion rates across key pages and user journeys, turning more visitors into MQLs and pipeline.
- Manage web intake and prioritization, managing 5+ new weekly requests across stakeholders and maintaining a clear, transparent backlog and delivery plan.
- Project manage internal stakeholders and external partners, working in lockstep with our web agency to scope, prioritize, QA, and ship high-quality work.
- Oversee Webflow CMS operations, including page builds, updates, QA, publishing workflows, and governance standards.
- Elevate website quality through improvements to messaging clarity, information architecture, template consistency, and overall user experience.
- Lead website localization efforts, partnering with the International Marketing Manager to define requirements, manage implementation, and establish scalable workflows for multi-language site expansion.
- Build website performance reporting and insights, partnering with Marketing Ops to ensure clean measurement across GA4, Looker dashboards, and downstream systems.
- Proactively identify and evaluate new tools, technologies, and industry trends to improve site performance, administration, and competitive positioning.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in web marketing, website management, or growth roles in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated experience owning a marketing website end-to-end, including roadmap development, prioritization, and cross-functional execution
- Deep hands-on experience with enterprise web CMS platforms, including page builds, updates, QA, and publishing workflows.
- Experience working closely with and managing external web or design agencies
- Proficiency with GA4 and Looker or similar BI tools; hands-on experience with web experimentation and A/B testing to drive conversion improvements.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of incoming requests while maintaining clarity and prioritization
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and strong sense of quality for web experiences and brand presentation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Industry-specific experience or hypergrowth scale-up experience

Tips for Your Growth Manager Job Search
Quantify experiments, not just outcomes
Growth managers are hired to run experiments, so your resume should show the structure of your tests, not just the results. Name the hypothesis, the channel, and the lift you measured. Vague claims about scaling revenue won't stand out.
Match your funnel stage to the role
Growth manager roles split sharply between acquisition-heavy and retention-heavy work. Read each job description for signals like CAC, LTV, or activation rate, then tailor your resume to mirror that language and highlight relevant funnel experience.
Apply early to roles that fit
Migrate Mate lists growth manager openings from across the United States in one place, so you can find roles that match and apply directly to each listing.
Show your SQL and analytics stack fluency
Many hiring teams filter growth manager candidates informally on whether they can self-serve data. Name the tools you've used, such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker, and mention whether you write your own queries or rely on a data team.
Prepare a structured case for your take-home
Growth manager interviews often include a take-home exercise asking you to diagnose a drop in a metric or prioritize a roadmap. Practice framing your answer as a problem statement, hypotheses, experiments, and success criteria before your first interview.
Negotiate using total compensation, not base alone
Growth manager offers at startups frequently include equity or performance bonuses that shift the real value significantly. Before accepting or countering, ask for a full breakdown of the equity structure and any variable pay tied to growth targets.
Growth Manager Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies are hiring the most growth managers?
The companies hiring the most growth managers right now include CVS Health, Domino's, and Galderma, with the largest share of openings in California, New York, and Texas, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Demand is highest at product-led SaaS companies and consumer apps with dedicated growth teams.
How many growth manager jobs are remote?
About 71% of growth manager openings are fully remote or hybrid as of August 2026, making it one of the more remote-accessible roles in marketing and product. Lifecycle, content-led growth, and SEO-focused positions tend to be the most remote-friendly, while roles tied closely to engineering sprints or in-person experimentation often require some on-site presence.
How do you become a growth manager?
Most growth managers move into the role from adjacent positions in performance marketing, product management, or data analytics. Start by taking ownership of a measurable growth metric in your current role, build experience running structured experiments, and develop fluency with at least one product analytics platform. A portfolio of documented tests with clear results, even from side projects, accelerates the transition considerably.
Can I get a growth manager job with little or no experience?
Yes, associate and junior growth manager roles exist specifically for candidates early in their careers, and many companies hire for potential over a long resume. The most effective way to compete without direct experience is to document a self-directed growth project, such as growing an audience, optimizing a funnel for a small business, or running experiments on a personal product, and present it in your application as structured evidence of your thinking process.
What does the growth manager interview process look like?
Most growth manager interview processes include an initial recruiter screen, a hiring manager conversation focused on your past experiments and results, a take-home case study or live analytical exercise, and a final round with cross-functional stakeholders from product and engineering. Some companies add a metrics deep-dive where you walk through a dashboard or diagnose a drop in a key growth metric, so prepare to talk through your analytical process out loud.
Where can I find and apply to growth manager jobs?
You can find and apply to growth manager jobs on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings from across the United States. Search the listings for roles that match your background and apply directly to each one that fits.
