Marketing Analyst Jobs in Colorado: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a marketing analyst in Colorado?
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or statistics is the standard starting point for marketing analyst roles in Colorado. There is no state-issued license or registration required for this role. Colorado employers, particularly those in the Denver tech corridor and financial services sector, value candidates who can demonstrate hands-on experience with analytics tools and a portfolio of real campaign or data projects alongside their degree.
How much do marketing analysts make in Colorado?
Marketing analysts in Colorado earn a median of about $93,050 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $48,900 for the lowest 10% to over $165,190 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire marketing analysts in Colorado?
Employers hiring marketing analysts in Colorado right now include Analytic Partners, Garmin, and Fivetran, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Colorado's concentration of aerospace, financial services, and technology firms means marketing analyst demand is spread across a diverse mix of large corporations and growth-stage companies along the Front Range.
Which Colorado cities have the most marketing analyst jobs?
Denver, Boulder, and Lakewood have the most marketing analyst openings in Colorado. Denver drives the bulk of demand as the state's commercial hub, home to major corporate headquarters in financial services, telecom, and technology, while Boulder's strong startup and consumer tech ecosystem and Colorado Springs' defense and healthcare sector anchor hiring in those markets.
Are there remote marketing analyst jobs in Colorado?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 50% of marketing analyst openings tied to Colorado are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how naturally desk-based and data-driven this work is. Roles focused on digital analytics, performance reporting, and marketing operations are the most likely to offer full remote or hybrid arrangements.
How can I get hired as a marketing analyst in Colorado with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is applying for marketing coordinator, data analyst, or business analyst roles at Colorado employers and moving laterally once you have demonstrated analytics output. Large Denver-area employers in financial services and technology frequently bring on entry-level analysts through new-grad hiring cycles. Building a portfolio of Google Analytics or Tableau projects, earning a Google Analytics or HubSpot certification, and targeting companies with established rotational or associate programs strengthens a candidacy significantly.
Where can I find and apply to marketing analyst jobs in Colorado?
