Service & Sales Representative Jobs in Colorado: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a service & sales representative in Colorado?
Most service and sales representative roles in Colorado require a high school diploma and are filled through direct employer hiring with on-the-job training provided. Roles in insurance sales require passing the Colorado Division of Insurance licensing exam for the relevant line of authority, such as property and casualty or life and health. For non-licensed roles, completing a company training program and building product knowledge is the standard path into the field.
Which companies hire service & sales representatives in Colorado?
Employers hiring service & sales representatives in Colorado right now include Floral Image, Johnson Controls, and D&W Diesel, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Colorado's concentration of telecommunications, insurance, and utilities companies means ongoing demand for both inbound service and outbound sales roles across the state.
Which Colorado cities have the most service & sales representative jobs?
The cities with the most service & sales representative openings in Colorado are Denver, Colorado Springs, and Aurora. Denver drives the largest share of listings because of the metro's density of corporate offices, call centers, and regional headquarters for telecom and insurance carriers, while Colorado Springs and Aurora support significant volumes through utilities and defense-sector customer service operations.
Are there remote service & sales representative jobs in Colorado?
Yes, though availability varies by employer and role type. About 100% of service & sales representative openings tied to Colorado are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting a mix of fully on-site and flexible arrangements. Inbound customer service and inside sales positions are the most likely to offer remote or hybrid schedules, while field service and door-to-door sales roles remain on-site by nature.
How can I get hired as a service & sales representative in Colorado with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry point is applying directly to entry-level customer service or retail sales roles, which Colorado employers like Comcast, DISH Network, and large insurance agencies regularly post and staff through their own training pipelines. Starting in a call center representative or retail sales associate role and demonstrating strong performance metrics opens the door to service and sales representative titles quickly. Earning a Colorado insurance producer license while working in an adjacent role gives candidates a competitive edge for higher-responsibility positions.
Where can I find and apply to service & sales representative jobs in Colorado?
