Product Marketing Manager Jobs in Colorado: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a product marketing manager in Colorado?
Most product marketing managers in Colorado enter the role with a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, followed by experience in marketing, product management, or sales. Colorado does not require a state-issued license for this role. Employers here typically promote from adjacent roles like content marketing, sales enablement, or product management, and candidates who can show a portfolio of launch campaigns or positioning work move fastest through hiring.
How much do product marketing managers make in Colorado?
Product marketing managers in Colorado earn a median of about $182,730 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $121,560 for the lowest 10% to over $289,870 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire product marketing managers in Colorado?
Employers hiring product marketing managers in Colorado right now include Ibotta, Alteryx, and Advanced Energy Industries, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Colorado's concentration of software, aerospace, and cybersecurity companies means product marketing demand is especially consistent along the Front Range corridor.
Which Colorado cities have the most product marketing manager jobs?
Denver, Colorado, and Fort Collins account for the most product marketing manager openings in Colorado. Denver drives volume through its dense concentration of technology and financial services headquarters, Boulder attracts startup and SaaS hiring anchored by its strong entrepreneurial ecosystem, and Colorado Springs adds openings tied to defense contractors and government technology firms based near the military installations there.
Are there remote product marketing manager jobs in Colorado?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 80% of product marketing manager openings tied to Colorado are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how much of the work, writing messaging, building decks, coordinating with distributed product and sales teams, can be done entirely off-site. Roles that require close coordination with local sales teams or in-person launch events tend to be the ones that stay on-site or hybrid.
How can I get hired as a product marketing manager in Colorado with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving laterally from a role in content marketing, sales development, or product management at a Colorado technology company, where you already have exposure to messaging and customer research. Employers like Oracle and Palantir in the Denver metro occasionally post associate or junior product marketing roles suited to candidates with one to two years of adjacent experience. Building a portfolio with a documented mock go-to-market plan, competitive analysis, or launch brief gives hiring managers something concrete to evaluate when a traditional resume falls short.
Where can I find and apply to product marketing manager jobs in Colorado?
You can find and apply to product marketing manager jobs in Colorado on Migrate Mate, which lists current Colorado openings updated regularly. Search the listings to see what is available across the state, find the roles that match your background and target industry, and apply directly to the ones that fit.
