Product Marketing Manager Jobs in Georgia: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a product marketing manager in Georgia?
Most product marketing manager roles in Georgia require a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, and there is no state-issued license for this role. Georgia employers typically expect candidates to build experience through marketing coordinator, content, or product analyst roles before moving into a product marketing manager position. A portfolio demonstrating go-to-market campaigns, competitive research, or product launches significantly strengthens an application in this market.
How much do product marketing managers make in Georgia?
Product marketing managers in Georgia earn a median of about $160,760 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $94,390 for the lowest 10% to over $277,180 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire product marketing managers in Georgia?
Employers hiring product marketing managers in Georgia right now include OneTrust, JumpCloud, and Fanduel, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Georgia's strong fintech corridor in Atlanta and its growing portfolio of technology headquarters mean product marketing manager demand is spread across both large enterprises and well-funded growth-stage companies.
Which Georgia cities have the most product marketing manager jobs?
Atlanta, Georgia, and Albany have the most product marketing manager openings in Georgia. Atlanta drives the overwhelming majority of demand as the state's technology, media, and corporate headquarters hub, while Alpharetta's dense concentration of software and cybersecurity companies generates consistent openings just north of the city.
Are there remote product marketing manager jobs in Georgia?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 91% of product marketing manager openings tied to Georgia are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting the desk-based and highly collaborative nature of the role. Strategic work like positioning, messaging development, and competitive analysis is especially well suited to remote arrangements, while product launch coordination often calls for some in-office presence.
How can I get hired as a product marketing manager in Georgia with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a marketing coordinator, content marketing, or product analyst role at a Georgia-based technology or consumer goods company, then moving into product marketing once you have demonstrated campaign or research experience. Large Atlanta employers like NCR Voyix and Cox Enterprises run structured rotational or associate marketing programs that accept candidates without direct product marketing experience. Building a portfolio with a documented go-to-market plan or competitive analysis, even from a capstone project, gives candidates a concrete edge when applying.
Where can I find and apply to product marketing manager jobs in Georgia?
You can find and apply to product marketing manager jobs in Georgia on Migrate Mate, which lists current Georgia openings updated regularly. Find the roles that fit your experience and location preference and apply directly to each one.
