Legend Junk Removal is looking for a personable, professional, and dependable Lead Driver to join our growing local junk-removal company.
This is a hands-on customer service and sales position that also involves driving company trucks, leading a two-person crew, and performing physical labor. Our Lead Drivers are the face of the company and play an important role in creating an excellent experience for every customer.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working outdoors, and likes going to different job sites every day. If you’re a strong team player who takes pride in doing quality work, we want to hear from you.

Our commission structure rewards crews for providing great customer service and completing jobs safely, efficiently, and profitably.
What You’ll Do
- Safely drive company junk-removal trucks to residential and commercial job sites
- Lead and work alongside another crew member
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Evaluate jobs and provide accurate on-site pricing
- Explain our services and earn the customer’s business
- Identify opportunities to provide additional services when appropriate
- Remove furniture, appliances, household junk, yard debris and construction debris
- Complete property cleanups, cleanouts and light-demolition projects
- Collect payment and accurately document completed work
- Sort loads for disposal, recycling and donation
- Communicate job updates, schedule changes, and customer concerns to management
- Help ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
