Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee all business travel, corporate accounts, and group sales for our hotel. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, managing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel sales, with familiarity using the Delphi sales system, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. There is potential for career advancement into a regional sales management position overseeing multiple hotels within the ownership group. Hilton experience is highly preferred but not required.

Hospitality experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow all corporate travel and business accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop strategic sales plans to attract new clients and retain existing accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and service standards are maintained.
• Identify opportunities for group sales and promote hotel offerings to relevant markets.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using the Delphi sales system.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the hotel's market presence.
• Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Assist in training or mentoring junior staff as needed to support overall sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales, preferably managing corporate or group accounts.
• Strong understanding of the hotel industry’s sales processes and client relationship management.
• Familiarity with the Delphi sales system is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
• Experience in working independently while collaborating with internal teams.
• Hilton experience is highly preferred but not mandatory; relevant industry experience is essential.
