Role Description As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for developing new business, growing existing customer relationships, and re-engaging inactive accounts. You'll build a pipeline through proactive outreach, identify customer needs, and help deliver solutions that create long-term value.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the challenge of building something. What You'll Do:
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through phone, email, networking, and other outreach efforts.
- Re-engage inactive customer accounts by building relationships and identifying new opportunities to earn their business.
- Grow existing customer relationships by identifying new opportunities and recommending products and solutions that add value.
- Prepare quotations, pricing, and product information with speed and accuracy.
- Manage opportunities from the initial conversation through order completion.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Purchasing, Logistics, and Operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
- Meet or exceed established sales and business development goals.

Qualifications
Required
- Two or more years of experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, or business development.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and think critically.
Preferred
- B2B sales or wholesale distribution experience.
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
- Manufacturing or industrial market experience.
- Business, Marketing, or related degree.
