Entry Level Salesforce Business Analyst Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level salesforce business analyst job?
Employers hiring at the entry level look for hands-on Salesforce exposure above almost everything else. Earning a free Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification on Trailhead signals practical readiness, even without professional experience. A portfolio that documents a real or simulated CRM project, user story work, or process mapping exercise gives hiring managers something concrete to evaluate. Internships, co-ops, and academic capstone projects all count as relevant experience at this stage.
Which companies hire entry level salesforce business analysts?
Companies hiring entry level salesforce business analysts right now include Capgemini, NeuraFlash, and LTIMindtree, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Hiring at this level comes from a wide range of organizations, including mid-size technology firms, consulting companies, healthcare systems, and financial services providers that are actively building or expanding their Salesforce practices.
Are there remote entry level salesforce business analyst jobs?
Yes, remote and hybrid options are a real part of this market. About 48% of entry level salesforce business analyst openings are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, reflecting how widely Salesforce work is done outside a traditional office. Candidates willing to consider on-site roles will find the largest total pool of openings, but remote-only searches are still viable for this job title.
Are these new grad salesforce business analyst jobs?
Yes, the entry level salesforce business analyst openings on this page include new grad, recent graduate, and junior roles. A new grad-friendly posting typically welcomes zero to two years of experience and treats Salesforce certifications, internships, or a demonstrable portfolio as a substitute for a longer work history. If a listing mentions Trailhead credentials, junior-level mentorship, or degree-plus-certification as the baseline, it is written with new grad candidates in mind.
Which industries hire the most entry level salesforce business analysts?
Entry Level salesforce business analyst roles concentrate in Technology & Software, Banking & Financial Services, and Consulting & Professional Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. These sectors tend to drive entry level hiring because they run large Salesforce orgs with ongoing configuration, reporting, and user support needs that are well suited to candidates who are building experience rather than arriving with a decade of it.
