Marketing & Events Coordinator — Live Commerce Host
Full-Time | On-Site (Lake Mary, FL) | Early-Career (1-3 years experience preferred)
About the Role
We are a multi-channel IT hardware company selling through Amazon, wholesale, and direct end-user channels. We're building out our marketing function and launching a live selling channel, and we're looking for one versatile, high-energy person to own both.
This role has three parts: you'll run marketing across social, email, and brand; you'll coordinate our presence at industry conferences and trade shows; and you'll be the on-camera face of our new live shopping channel on platforms like Whatnot and TikTok Shop. If you're equal parts marketer, organizer, and showman, this role gives you full ownership of a function most people wait years to touch.
What You'll Do
Marketing (own the function)
- Build and execute our LinkedIn and social media strategy: content calendar, posts, engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok
- Design, write, and launch email campaigns to our wholesale, broker, and end-user customer lists
- Own the GCS brand voice and content calendar across all channels
- Create short-form content, clips, and promotional material
- Track metrics and report monthly on what's working and what isn't
Live Commerce
- Host live shopping streams on Whatnot, TikTok Shop, and similar platforms, presenting IT hardware (laptops, desktops, components, networking gear, peripherals) in a fast-paced, engaging way
- Sell product live: run auctions and buy-it-now offers, answer viewer questions in real time, use giveaways and interaction to drive purchases
- Promote upcoming streams and grow the channel's following
- Track what sells, what pricing works, and which formats drive engagement, then adjust show to show
- Coordinate with sales and operations so featured inventory, pricing, and fulfillment run smoothly around each broadcast
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of hands-on marketing experience (social media management, email campaigns, or content creation); strong recent graduates with real portfolio work will be considered
- Genuinely comfortable and confident on camera; you can talk to a live audience, think on your feet, and keep energy high
- Organized and detail-oriented; event coordination and a content calendar don't run themselves
- Strong writing skills for email, social, and promotional copy
- Real interest in technology and IT hardware, or a strong willingness to learn the product line quickly
- Sales-driven mindset; you're motivated by hitting targets and take ownership of results
- Someone who owns projects end-to-end, not someone who needs direction on every step
Nice to Have
- Prior live selling, streaming, or on-camera experience (Whatnot, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube)
- Trade show or event coordination experience
- Experience with email platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or similar)
- Basic video editing or graphic design skills
Why Join Us
You'll own the marketing function and a brand-new sales channel at a fast-growing company, with real visibility to leadership and real impact on revenue. This is a rare early-career opportunity to combine marketing strategy, event coordination, content creation, and on-camera sales into one role, with room to grow as both the channel and the company scale.
Details
- Type: Full-time, on-site (Lake Mary, FL); some travel for conferences and trade shows
- Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission on live sales and a performance bonus tied to marketing and event execution
- To apply: Send a resume, a short note on a marketing or content program you've owned (and the results), and if you have one, a video or link showcasing your on-camera presence
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Salesforce Commerce Cloud Jobs in Florida: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a salesforce commerce cloud in Florida?
The most direct path is completing the Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer certification through Trailhead, Salesforce's official learning platform, which Florida employers consistently treat as the baseline credential. Florida does not require a state-issued license for this role. Most candidates build qualifying experience through commerce implementation projects, Salesforce partner agencies, or employer-sponsored training programs at Florida-based consultancies and retail technology firms before moving into full developer or architect positions.
Which companies hire salesforce commerce clouds in Florida?
Florida salesforce commerce cloud roles are posted by Publix, JPMorganChase, and EBG and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Florida's concentration of retail headquarters, hospitality technology groups, and Salesforce consulting partners means steady recurring demand beyond one-time project hiring.
Which Florida cities have the most salesforce commerce cloud jobs?
Miami, Doral, and Orlando have the most salesforce commerce cloud openings in Florida. Miami leads because of its density of retail, e-commerce, and Salesforce partner firms, while Tampa and Orlando generate consistent demand through regional headquarters of consulting companies, healthcare retail operations, and hospitality brands running large digital commerce platforms.
Are there remote salesforce commerce cloud jobs in Florida?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 33% of salesforce commerce cloud openings tied to Florida are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting how thoroughly this work is done through cloud-based environments that require no physical presence. Storefront development, QA, and integration work are the portions most likely to be fully remote, while senior solution architect roles may include periodic onsite client engagements.
How can I get hired as a salesforce commerce cloud in Florida with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is completing Salesforce's free B2C Commerce developer trails on Trailhead and building a demonstration storefront project to show employers directly. Florida-based Salesforce consulting partners such as systems integrators in Miami and Tampa regularly bring on associate developers from Salesforce partner training pipelines. Candidates who hold the Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer certification and can show hands-on cartridge or SFRA work, even in a personal or academic project, are consistently chosen over candidates with years of adjacent experience but no Commerce Cloud exposure.
Where can I find and apply to salesforce commerce cloud jobs in Florida?
You can find and apply to salesforce commerce cloud jobs in Florida on Migrate Mate, which lists current Florida openings. Search the listings to find roles that match your experience level and specialization, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
