- Manage the full offer lifecycle (creation, revisions, testing, and implementation) in partnership with Menu POS and Martech teams.
- Maintain the Digital Offer Library and continuously test new offers to expand the library.
- Support offer governance and compliance (naming conventions, discount and duration rules, approval workflows), ensuring every offer clears brand, legal, and technical review before launch.
- Track and evaluate offer performance against business KPIs (incrementality, average check, purchase frequency, and redemptions) in partnership with the Analytics team, and maintain a current point of view on which offers are best for which outcome.
- Turn performance insights into action: recommend offer changes, retire underperformers, and shape the test-and-learn agenda.

- Support CRM strategy and planning in partnership with Martech, Analytics, and the annual Marketing Calendar, optimizing toward the top-performing channels and promotional plan.
- Facilitate the CRM content calendar and platform administration (SharePoint), keeping tools and processes up to date.
- Partner with digital and web teams to improve the guest experience through personalization, deep links, and landing pages.
- Support cross-functional and ad hoc initiatives, managing stakeholder requests, SLAs, and timelines.

CRM Manager Jobs in Florida: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a crm manager in Florida?
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or information systems is the standard starting point for crm manager roles in Florida. Florida does not require a state-issued license for this role. Employers across Miami, Tampa, and Orlando typically look for several years of hands-on CRM platform experience, often in a specialist or analyst role, before promoting into management. Earning a Salesforce Administrator certification or HubSpot CRM certification meaningfully strengthens your candidacy with Florida employers across hospitality, healthcare, and financial services.
Which companies hire crm managers in Florida?
Employers hiring crm managers in Florida right now include Deloitte, Subway, and Burger King, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Florida's mix of tourism, healthcare, financial services, and retail headquarter operations means openings appear across a wide range of industries rather than clustering in a single sector.
Which Florida cities have the most crm manager jobs?
Miami, Tampa, and Hollywood consistently post the most crm manager openings in Florida. Miami leads because of its dense concentration of financial services firms, international retail brands, and travel companies, while Tampa and Orlando are driven by healthcare systems, hospitality chains, and the growing number of regional corporate headquarters that have relocated to central Florida over the past decade.
Are there remote crm manager jobs in Florida?
Yes, and more than most fields, since crm management is fundamentally a desk-based, software-driven role that translates well to remote work. About 25% of crm manager openings tied to Florida are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting how widely Florida employers have adopted flexible arrangements post-pandemic. The parts of the role most likely to stay fully remote are data analysis, campaign execution, and platform administration, while onboarding and stakeholder strategy sessions often require occasional in-person presence.
How can I get hired as a crm manager in Florida with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a CRM analyst, marketing coordinator, or email marketing specialist role at a Florida employer, then building toward management. Large Florida-based hospitality and healthcare employers often hire for these feeder roles and promote internally. Earning a Salesforce Administrator or HubSpot certification before applying gives you a concrete credential that compensates for limited tenure. Internship programs at Orlando-area theme park companies and Miami financial institutions also offer structured exposure to enterprise CRM tools that hiring managers recognize.
Where can I find and apply to crm manager jobs in Florida?
You can find and apply to crm manager jobs in Florida on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings tied to Florida employers. Search the listings, find the roles that match your experience and preferred location, and apply directly to the ones that fit.
