Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money. As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money. For everyone, everywhere.
Job Description
More about our mission and what we offer. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior CRM Manager to own and elevate our Americas customer lifecycle strategy.
Your Mission
You will hold the vision for how we communicate with customers in the Americas. You will bridge the gap between our high-level CRM strategy and tactical execution, ensuring our customers receive the right message, at the right time, through the right channel.
- Leading the Team: You will manage, mentor, and inspire a team of 2+ CRM professionals. You will foster a culture of experimentation, autonomy, and continuous learning, helping your team grow their careers at Wise.
- Define the Americas Strategy: You will own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy for our customers in NorthAm and LatAm. You will build sophisticated, automated journeys that drive activation, cross-sell and retention.
- Drive Commercial Impact: You will be responsible for key CRM metrics - improving conversion rates, reducing churn, and increasing lifetime value. You will use data to prove the value of your and your team’s work.
- Stakeholder Partnership: You will be the primary voice for Americas CRM across the company. You will partner deeply with NorthAm and LatAm Product Managers, Product Marketing, Regional Leads, Analytics, and Creative teams to ensure our communications are aligned with product roadmaps and customer needs.
Qualifications
About You:
- Experienced Leader: You have 5+ years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing, with 2+ years managing team members. You know how to balance "doing" with "delegating" and have experience managing people.
- Regional Expert: You understand the nuances of NorthAm and LatAm marketing — You go beyond simple translation; you understand the difference in messaging, tone, imagery, and value propositions.
- Data-Driven: You are comfortable diving into data to find opportunities. You understand cohort analysis, A/B testing rigor, and how to measure incremental lift.
- Analytical rigour: You are comfortable in a dashboard. You don’t just report numbers; you extract “the why” and translate it into a “what’s next.”
- Hands-on experience: You have a proven track record of executing with excellence in autonomy. You are as comfortable writing a local brief as you are presenting a long-term strategy to leadership.
- Technical Fluency: You have hands-on experience with enterprise CRM tools (preferably Braze) and are comfortable discussing data schemas, API triggers, and HTML/Liquid logic with CRM Tech engineers.
- Collaborative Influencer: You can build relationships with senior stakeholders in Product and Engineering. You are not afraid to push back when necessary to protect the customer experience and drive business value.
- Customer-Obsessed: You always put yourself in the customer’s shoes. You understand that "spamming" is not a strategy and fight for relevance in every interaction.

CRM Manager Jobs in Texas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a crm manager in Texas?
Most crm managers in Texas start with a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or information systems, then build platform expertise on Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics. Texas has no state-issued license for this role. Employers across Dallas and Houston typically promote from marketing coordinator or analyst positions once candidates hold a Salesforce Administrator or Marketing Cloud certification, which carries significant weight in local hiring decisions.
Which companies hire crm managers in Texas?
Employers hiring crm managers in Texas right now include Deloitte, BDO, and Dave & Buster's, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Texas's concentration of corporate headquarters and regional hubs in retail, energy, and financial services means large enterprise employers drive a significant share of these openings year-round.
Which Texas cities have the most crm manager jobs?
Fort Worth, Austin, and Houston have the most crm manager openings in Texas. Dallas leads because of its dense cluster of corporate headquarters in retail, financial services, and telecom, while Houston's energy and healthcare sectors fuel steady demand, and Austin's expanding technology employer base has made it an increasingly competitive market for crm and marketing operations talent.
Are there remote crm manager jobs in Texas?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 0% of crm manager openings tied to Texas are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, reflecting how much of the work centers on platform administration and campaign analysis that travels well outside an office. Fully remote roles tend to appear most often for Salesforce-focused and marketing automation positions at technology and SaaS companies.
How can I get hired as a crm manager in Texas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is a marketing coordinator or CRM analyst role at a mid-size Texas retailer or financial services firm, where you can build hands-on platform experience before moving into a manager title. Large Texas employers such as those in the Dallas retail corridor and Houston's healthcare systems regularly hire associates who hold a Salesforce Administrator certification even without prior manager experience. Building a portfolio of segmentation projects or automated campaign results accelerates the transition considerably.
Where can I find and apply to crm manager jobs in Texas?
You can find and apply to crm manager jobs in Texas on Migrate Mate, which lists current Texas openings across industries and experience levels. Search the listings, find roles that fit your background and location, and apply directly to the employers posting them.
