CRM Manager Jobs in Texas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a crm manager in Texas?
Most crm managers in Texas start with a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or information systems, then build platform expertise on Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics. Texas has no state-issued license for this role. Employers across Dallas and Houston typically promote from marketing coordinator or analyst positions once candidates hold a Salesforce Administrator or Marketing Cloud certification, which carries significant weight in local hiring decisions.
Which companies hire crm managers in Texas?
Employers hiring crm managers in Texas right now include Deloitte, Realtor, and Samsung Electronics, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Texas's concentration of corporate headquarters and regional hubs in retail, energy, and financial services means large enterprise employers drive a significant share of these openings year-round.
Which Texas cities have the most crm manager jobs?
Austin, Plano, and Dallas have the most crm manager openings in Texas. Dallas leads because of its dense cluster of corporate headquarters in retail, financial services, and telecom, while Houston's energy and healthcare sectors fuel steady demand, and Austin's expanding technology employer base has made it an increasingly competitive market for crm and marketing operations talent.
Are there remote crm manager jobs in Texas?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 33% of crm manager openings tied to Texas are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting how much of the work centers on platform administration and campaign analysis that travels well outside an office. Fully remote roles tend to appear most often for Salesforce-focused and marketing automation positions at technology and SaaS companies.
How can I get hired as a crm manager in Texas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is a marketing coordinator or CRM analyst role at a mid-size Texas retailer or financial services firm, where you can build hands-on platform experience before moving into a manager title. Large Texas employers such as those in the Dallas retail corridor and Houston's healthcare systems regularly hire associates who hold a Salesforce Administrator certification even without prior manager experience. Building a portfolio of segmentation projects or automated campaign results accelerates the transition considerably.
Where can I find and apply to crm manager jobs in Texas?
You can find and apply to crm manager jobs in Texas on Migrate Mate, which lists current Texas openings across industries and experience levels. Search the listings, find roles that fit your background and location, and apply directly to the employers posting them.
