We're devoted to supporting individuals with Developmental Disabilities by providing Direct Care Staff in the Home and Community Settings. As a Customer Relationship Manager at Alay Home Care, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and their families. Your day-to-day tasks will include answering inquiries, addressing concerns, coordinating care schedules, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also collaborate with our care team to ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
