A leading sports company is seeking a strategic, hands-on CRM Engagement Marketing Manager to drive customer engagement, acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives across key audience touchpoints. The ideal candidate understands customer journeys, segmentation, messaging strategy, and campaign optimization. This role combines strategic planning with day-to-day execution oversight across owned channels, including email, push notifications, and other CRM communications.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies that improve customer engagement and retention.
- Manage campaign operations, including audience segmentation, messaging, quality assurance, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Partner with content, creative, analytics, and cross-functional teams to deliver relevant, timely customer communications.
- Support the development of onboarding, engagement, and retention journeys across customer lifecycle stages.
- Develop and evaluate A/B tests to improve targeting, content, and campaign performance.
- Maintain organized campaign documentation and marketing calendars to ensure alignment across initiatives.
- Monitor campaign results and use insights to recommend ongoing optimization opportunities.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or customer engagement marketing.
- Experience managing multichannel customer campaigns and messaging strategies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with creative, content, data, and business stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with campaign execution, QA, reporting, and optimization in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a highly responsive, collaborative working style.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
