Position Summary
Seeking an experienced EDI & Digitalization Program Administrator to support SAP-based EDI operations, automate business processes, and improve workflow efficiency. This role will manage EDI integrations, troubleshoot issues, support new customer onboarding, and collaborate with Customer Service, IT, and business teams to deliver digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot EDI transactions across SAP and ERP systems.
- Support SAP-based EDI integrations via Aeroxchange and onboard new customers.
- Lead automation projects using Alteryx, SQL, and Power BI.
- Perform root cause analysis, resolve EDI errors, and drive process improvements.
- Create and maintain EDI documentation, testing, and change management procedures.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of EDI, SAP, systems integration, or digital transformation experience.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project coordination skills.
- Experience with SAP EDI, SQL, and Power BI.
- Alteryx and Aeroxchange experience preferred.
- PMP Certification is a plus.
