- Key Tools & Systems: ServiceNow (Incident/Change/Problem), TrackWise (CAPA, Deviations), Veeva, Active Directory, MyAccess, and NTFS permissions.
- Lab Software Knowledge: Empower, Chromeleon, LabX, WinKQCL, or related GxP laboratory desktop software.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or Business Administration (or equivalent).
