Senior Field Marketing Manager Jobs in New Hampshire: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a senior field marketing manager in New Hampshire?
Most senior field marketing managers in New Hampshire reach the role through a combination of a four-year degree in marketing or business and several years of progressive B2B marketing experience. New Hampshire has no state-issued license for this role, so employers focus on demonstrated experience with field programs, pipeline contribution, and channel partner management. Many candidates advance from marketing coordinator, demand generation, or inside sales positions at mid-size technology or defense contractors in the Manchester-Nashua corridor.
How much do senior field marketing managers make in New Hampshire?
Senior field marketing managers in New Hampshire earn a median of about $143,280 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $96,990 for the lowest 10% to over $229,920 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire senior field marketing managers in New Hampshire?
Employers hiring senior field marketing managers in New Hampshire right now include BAE Systems USA, Moveras, and Amphenol, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. New Hampshire's concentration of defense technology firms, health insurance carriers, and growing SaaS companies in the southern tier of the state creates consistent demand for senior field marketing talent.
Which New Hampshire cities have the most senior field marketing manager jobs?
Manchester, Nashua, and Portsmouth hold the most senior field marketing manager openings in New Hampshire. Manchester anchors the market as the state's largest city and home to major corporate offices and healthcare systems, while Nashua draws from its dense cluster of technology and defense contractors near the Massachusetts border, and Portsmouth attracts openings tied to its professional services and maritime industry employers.
Are there remote senior field marketing manager jobs in New Hampshire?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 73% of senior field marketing manager openings tied to New Hampshire are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting the role's strong digital and strategic components. Strategic planning, campaign management, and marketing operations work transfers well to remote arrangements, though roles tied to live events, trade shows, or on-site channel partner meetings typically require a New Hampshire or regional presence.
How can I get hired as a senior field marketing manager in New Hampshire with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a marketing coordinator or demand generation associate role at one of New Hampshire's technology, defense, or healthcare employers and building toward the senior level from there. Companies like BAE Systems and larger Manchester-area health systems periodically hire entry marketing staff into rotational or project-based roles. A portfolio demonstrating campaign execution, even from internships or volunteer work, and a HubSpot or Google Analytics certification give candidates a meaningful edge without direct field marketing experience.
Where can I find and apply to senior field marketing manager jobs in New Hampshire?
You can find and apply to senior field marketing manager jobs in New Hampshire on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings tied to the state. Search the available roles, find the ones that fit your background and location preferences, and apply directly to each employer through the listing.
