We’re building the future of identity verification in the United States, replacing a clunky, ineffective, and expensive status quo with solutions that are 10x faster, smarter, and more accurate. We’ve seen tremendous traction and are growing extremely quickly. Our real-time APIs have helped verify hundreds of millions of identities, starting with financial services and rapidly expanding into new markets. SentiLink is backed by world-class investors including Craft Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, NYCA, and Max Levchin. We’ve earned recognition from TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, PYMNTS, American Banker, LendIt, and have been named to the Forbes Fintech 50. We have also been named a 2026 FICO Industry Vanguard Decision Award Winner. Last but not least, we’ve even made history - we were the first company to go live with the eCBSV and testified before the United States House of Representatives on the future of identity. SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.
ROLE
As a Senior Field Marketing Manager at SentiLink, you will own and execute high-impact events and field marketing programs that drive pipeline and deepen relationships with our target customers. This includes leading SentiLink’s presence at key industry conferences as well as designing and executing targeted roadshows in priority markets. You’ll play a critical role in building our presence in the fraud, identity, and financial services ecosystem—through industry events, hosted experiences, and partner activations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution: equally comfortable planning a multi-city roadshow as you are rolling up your sleeves onsite to ensure flawless delivery. We’re looking for someone who is energized by the opportunity to contribute to a growing team and help collaborate to shape the future of our events program. This is a remote, US-based role.

- Manage end-to-end event execution: vendor coordination, logistics, booth strategy, content, and onsite execution
- Drive measurable pipeline impact from events and roadshows, including pre-event outreach, onsite engagement, and post-event conversion
- Develop creative, differentiated event experiences that reinforce SentiLink’s brand and thought leadership
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Growth teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment across channels
- Track and report on performance, including pipeline generated, ROI, and key learnings across events and roadshows
- Manage event budgets and optimize spend for maximum impact
- Support broader demand generation initiatives as needed (e.g., webinars, campaigns, content distribution)
- Build and manage relationships with key partners, industry organizations, and event vendors

- Experience partnering closely with Sales teams to drive meeting generation and pipeline outcomes
- Detail-oriented with strong execution skills and ability to operate independently
- Creative thinker with a passion for building memorable, high-quality experiences
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or event platforms is a plus

Tips for Your Senior Field Marketing Manager Job Search
Quantify your pipeline contribution clearly
Hiring managers for senior field marketing manager roles want to see how your programs moved revenue, not just activity metrics. Replace event attendance figures with sourced or influenced pipeline numbers and tie every campaign to a quota-bearing territory.
Tailor your resume to territory scope
Senior field marketing manager job descriptions vary sharply between single-region and multi-territory roles. Reframe your resume header and summary to match the geographic scope in each posting so your experience reads as a direct fit, not a general one.
Apply early to roles that fit
Migrate Mate lists senior field marketing manager openings from across the United States in one place, so you can find roles that match and apply directly to each listing.
Highlight your sales alignment experience
Interviewers for field marketing roles almost always probe how tightly you partnered with regional sales teams. Prepare two or three specific examples of joint planning, shared pipeline goals, or programs you built in direct response to a sales leader's request.
Build a portfolio of field program results
Unlike brand or content roles, field marketing hiring decisions hinge on evidence of execution at scale. Compile a one-page program summary showing your flagship events, ABM campaigns, or regional plays alongside their measurable outcomes before your first round.
Negotiate scope before you negotiate compensation
In final-round conversations, clarify the territory size, budget ownership, and headcount reporting structure before discussing pay. Senior field marketing manager titles can mean vastly different roles at different companies, and scope determines your leverage in any compensation discussion.
Senior Field Marketing Manager Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies are hiring the most senior field marketing managers?
The companies hiring the most senior field marketing managers right now include Veeva Systems, Nutanix, and Amazon, with the largest share of openings in New York, California, and Virginia, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Enterprise software, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure companies tend to post the highest volume of these roles consistently.
How many senior field marketing manager jobs are remote?
About 58% of senior field marketing manager openings are fully remote or hybrid as of June 2026, though the role's heavy reliance on in-person events and regional sales alignment means fully remote positions are less common than in purely digital marketing functions. Demand generation and ABM-focused sub-specializations within field marketing tend to offer the most remote flexibility.
How do you become a senior field marketing manager?
Most senior field marketing managers move up from field marketing manager or regional marketing roles by building a record of owned pipeline contribution and cross-functional sales collaboration. Deepening your expertise in event execution, account-based marketing, and CRM-driven reporting accelerates the path. Taking on multi-territory or national program ownership, even informally, signals readiness for a senior scope to most hiring teams.
Can you get a senior field marketing manager job with limited field marketing experience?
It's possible if your background includes adjacent experience that maps directly to the core responsibilities. Demand generation managers, marketing business partners, and sales enablement professionals who have run regional programs or supported field sales teams often make the transition successfully. Framing your resume around pipeline influence, sales partnership, and event execution rather than channel ownership makes the case most effectively.
What does the senior field marketing manager interview process look like?
The process typically starts with a recruiter screen focused on scope and budget ownership, followed by a hiring manager interview that digs into how you've partnered with sales and measured program impact. Later rounds often include a panel with sales leaders or a cross-functional marketing team, and many companies ask for a short presentation or program audit as a final-round exercise before extending an offer.
Where can I find and apply to senior field marketing manager jobs?
You can find and apply to senior field marketing manager jobs on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings from across the United States. Search the listings to find roles that match your experience and target industry, then apply directly to each one that fits your background and the scope you're looking for.
