How you'll make an impact:
We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Field & Event Marketing to own and grow Cin7's global field marketing program.
This isn't simply an event marketing role. We're looking for an experienced B2B marketer who understands how to build integrated marketing programs around events that create pipeline, accelerate deals, deepen customer relationships, and strengthen our brand.
You'll own the strategy and execution behind our portfolio of trade shows, industry conferences, roadshows, customer events, webinars, partner activations, and Cin7-hosted experiences. Working closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, and the wider Marketing team, you'll ensure every event is supported by thoughtful pre-event planning, integrated campaigns, meaningful customer engagement, and post-event follow-up that maximizes ROI.
Success in this role requires someone equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up their sleeves to execute. You'll build scalable programs, optimize processes, analyze results, and continuously improve how field and event marketing contributes to business growth.
What you'll do:
Own and scale Cin7's global field and event marketing program across North America, EMEA, and APAC, helping evolve a growing function that drives pipeline, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
Lead the strategy and execution of a diverse portfolio of programs including trade shows, industry conferences, roadshows, customer events, partner activations, webinars, and Cin7-hosted experiences.
Develop integrated marketing campaigns that maximize the impact of every event, partnering with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Creative to deliver effective pre-event, onsite, and post-event programs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, and senior leadership to align field marketing initiatives with company priorities and go-to-market objectives.
Measure and optimize performance, using data and insights to demonstrate ROI, improve future programs, and communicate field marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue.
Manage budgets, agencies, vendors, and event operations to ensure programs are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Explore and adopt AI-powered tools and emerging marketing technologies to streamline workflows, improve campaign effectiveness, and scale the impact of the field marketing program.
What you'll bring:
5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, with significant experience in field marketing, event marketing, or integrated campaign management.
Experience building or scaling field marketing programs within a SaaS or high-growth technology company.
Demonstrated success planning and executing regional events, conferences, customer events, and executive experiences that drive measurable business results.
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to deliver programs aligned with business objectives.
Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable developing long-term plans and rolling up their sleeves to execute.
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance, event ROI, and using insights to optimize future programs.
Curious and adaptable, with a willingness to embrace AI and emerging marketing technologies to improve productivity, campaign performance, and customer experiences.

Tips for Your Senior Field Marketing Manager Job Search
Quantify your pipeline contribution clearly
Hiring managers for senior field marketing manager roles want to see how your programs moved revenue, not just activity metrics. Replace event attendance figures with sourced or influenced pipeline numbers and tie every campaign to a quota-bearing territory.
Tailor your resume to territory scope
Senior field marketing manager job descriptions vary sharply between single-region and multi-territory roles. Reframe your resume header and summary to match the geographic scope in each posting so your experience reads as a direct fit, not a general one.
Apply early to roles that fit
Migrate Mate lists senior field marketing manager openings from across the United States in one place, so you can find roles that match and apply directly to each listing.
Highlight your sales alignment experience
Interviewers for field marketing roles almost always probe how tightly you partnered with regional sales teams. Prepare two or three specific examples of joint planning, shared pipeline goals, or programs you built in direct response to a sales leader's request.
Build a portfolio of field program results
Unlike brand or content roles, field marketing hiring decisions hinge on evidence of execution at scale. Compile a one-page program summary showing your flagship events, ABM campaigns, or regional plays alongside their measurable outcomes before your first round.
Negotiate scope before you negotiate compensation
In final-round conversations, clarify the territory size, budget ownership, and headcount reporting structure before discussing pay. Senior field marketing manager titles can mean vastly different roles at different companies, and scope determines your leverage in any compensation discussion.
Senior Field Marketing Manager Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies are hiring the most senior field marketing managers?
The companies hiring the most senior field marketing managers right now include Hack The Box, Verkada, and Lam Research, with the largest share of openings in California, Texas, and Georgia, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Enterprise software, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure companies tend to post the highest volume of these roles consistently.
How many senior field marketing manager jobs are remote?
About 84% of senior field marketing manager openings are fully remote or hybrid as of September 2026, though the role's heavy reliance on in-person events and regional sales alignment means fully remote positions are less common than in purely digital marketing functions. Demand generation and ABM-focused sub-specializations within field marketing tend to offer the most remote flexibility.
How do you become a senior field marketing manager?
Most senior field marketing managers move up from field marketing manager or regional marketing roles by building a record of owned pipeline contribution and cross-functional sales collaboration. Deepening your expertise in event execution, account-based marketing, and CRM-driven reporting accelerates the path. Taking on multi-territory or national program ownership, even informally, signals readiness for a senior scope to most hiring teams.
Can you get a senior field marketing manager job with limited field marketing experience?
It's possible if your background includes adjacent experience that maps directly to the core responsibilities. Demand generation managers, marketing business partners, and sales enablement professionals who have run regional programs or supported field sales teams often make the transition successfully. Framing your resume around pipeline influence, sales partnership, and event execution rather than channel ownership makes the case most effectively.
What does the senior field marketing manager interview process look like?
The process typically starts with a recruiter screen focused on scope and budget ownership, followed by a hiring manager interview that digs into how you've partnered with sales and measured program impact. Later rounds often include a panel with sales leaders or a cross-functional marketing team, and many companies ask for a short presentation or program audit as a final-round exercise before extending an offer.
Where can I find and apply to senior field marketing manager jobs?
You can find and apply to senior field marketing manager jobs on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings from across the United States. Search the listings to find roles that match your experience and target industry, then apply directly to each one that fits your background and the scope you're looking for.
