Apply now for the position of Senior IT Project Manager and lead the successful delivery of strategic Diagnostics IT transformation projects across customer, product, supply chain, and service platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, PLM, ISTM).
Your role:
- You will lead complex, cross-functional IT projects (e.g., CRM implementations and rollouts, SAP migrations), ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
- You will drive end-to-end project execution, including planning, resource orchestration, risk management, and dependency resolution across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- You will act as the primary interface between business, IT, and external partners, ensuring alignment on objectives, priorities, and delivery outcomes.
- You will drive senior stakeholder engagement, including steering committees and executive alignment.
- You will manage and steer external system integrators and vendors, ensuring high-quality delivery, accountability, and adherence to defined standards.
- You will establish and enforce project governance, including status reporting, decision forums, escalation management, and milestone tracking.
- You will proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and interdependencies, ensuring transparency and timely resolution across all program layers.
- You will ensure successful business adoption by aligning delivery with end-to-end process requirements and change management needs.
- You will drive continuous improvements across project delivery, including lessons learned, best practices, and scalable delivery approaches.
Your expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 8-10+ years of experience in IT project/program management, leading large-scale, complex transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.
- Proven track record in delivering major programs such as CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP (e.g., SAP), or ITSM transformations, including global rollouts.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, including system integrations, data dependencies, and cross-platform impacts.
- Hands-on experience managing external system integrators and multi-vendor environments, with strong commercial and delivery steering capabilities.
- Deep expertise in program governance, risk management, financial tracking, and stakeholder management at senior levels.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g., Lead-to-Cash, Service, Finance) and their translation into IT delivery.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and communicate complex topics clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with tight timelines and significant dependencies.
- Experience in agile and hybrid delivery models, with the ability to operate across both structured projects and iterative implementations.

The base pay range for this position is:
$154,180 - $212,003Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
