Join Apple’s Identity Management Services (IdMS) team as a Software Engineer and be part of building the next generation of innovative, high-scale software applications.
We are looking for a passionate and driven engineer with experience in developing and deploying large-scale, high-demand systems.
In this role, you’ll be involved in the full software development lifecycle-from architecture and design to implementation, testing, and maintenance. Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools such as Radar or JIRA.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of proven experience in Software Development and/or Quality Engineering.
Strong passion for quality assurance, including developing and maintaining automated test libraries and tools.
Strong programming and software design skills, preferably in Swift and/or Python.
Excellent knowledge of and experience with test methodologies ranging from functional unit tests to integration, regression, and exploratory testing.
Experience building automated UI and non-UI tests for user-facing applications or system frameworks, including testing on iOS, macOS, Web, Android, and Windows.
Creative problem solver with a knack for building scalable solutions in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Ability to proactively triage, investigate, and debug difficult technical and UX problems - both independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and disciplines.
BA/BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $184,700 and $277,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
