EXCEDEO is seeking a friendly, professional, highly organized, and tech-savvy IT Service Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This position plays a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service by answering phones, creating and managing support tickets, coordinating technician schedules, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities Client Communication

• Answer incoming client calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Gather information and create accurate service tickets
• Provide updates to clients regarding scheduled appointments and ticket status
• Ensure every client interaction reflects EXCEDEO's commitment to exceptional service

Service Coordination

• Manage incoming service requests and support tickets
• Schedule onsite and remote appointments for technicians
• Coordinate technician calendars and dispatch resources effectively
• Monitor open tickets and assist with follow-up communication
• Help prioritize and route service requests to the appropriate team members

Administrative Support

• Support daily office operations and administrative activities
• Assist with documentation, data entry, and record keeping
• Maintain organized client and service records
• Help coordinate meetings, vendor visits, and office-related activities

Team Support

• Foster a positive and professional office environment
• Assist with employee events, team activities, and company initiatives
• Collaborate with management and technical staff to improve processes and client satisfaction
• Contribute to building a workplace culture that employees enjoy being part of

Qualifications Required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills and professional phone etiquette
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable learning and using business and technology applications
• Ability to remain calm and professional when managing multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Positive attitude and willingness to help others

Preferred

• Experience working in an IT company, MSP, help desk, or technical service environment
• Experience using ticketing or service management systems
• Scheduling, dispatching, or coordination experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and common business technology
• Experience in office administration, customer service, or operations coordination

Pay: $52,195.46 - $62,859.05 per year
