I earned my MBA from Vanderbilt University and have been fortunate to travel extensively around the world. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and riding motorcycles whenever I get the chance.

I'm a laid-back leader who believes in providing the tools, training, and processes needed for success without micromanaging. My goal is to help team members develop professionally while creating an environment built on trust, accountability, and mutual respect.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
