We are seeking a motivated, experienced Site Manager to lead security operations at our Nekoosa location, ensuring outstanding client service while developing and supporting a high-performing security team.
This position will be a full time, salaried position.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Security Officers and Shift Supervisors
- Manage daily site operations, scheduling, and staffing
- Build strong client relationships through responsive communication
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client expectations, and Wisconsin regulations
- Conduct inspections, training, coaching, and performance management
- Respond to incidents and provide leadership during emergencies
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in private security, law enforcement, or military service
- Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or management experience
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to obtain or maintain any required Wisconsin private security licensing or permits
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and any other required pre-employment screenings
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing schedules, staffing, and daily operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer-based reporting systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds, and respond quickly during emergencies
Minimum Requirements

- Valid driver's license
